Cancellation Policy

Applies to every booking made through ITPI Accommodation.

• Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in will receive a 100% refund to the ITPI-HRC Wallet which can be availed in future.
• Cancellations made between 3 days (72 hours) and 24 hours before check-in will receive a 50% or 25% refund to the ITPI-HRC Wallet.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable (0%).
• If ITPI-HRC rejects a booking due to reasons such as maintenance, emergency, or other administrative requirements, the member will receive a 100% refund to the ITPI-HRC Wallet.
• Once a guest has been Checked-in, no online cancellation will be permitted.
• Refunds are credited to the ITPI HRC Wallet and not to the original payment method. The wallet balance may be used for a subsequent booking or a bank withdrawal may be requested in special cases by providing necessary details, which could take several weeks as per bank policy.
• Wallet credit will be calculated according to the cancellation hours and refund percentages configured by the cancellation policy.
